I placed an order for a gift certificate on Feb. 22, 2010 at 7:30 am pacific time. The website clearly states they ship within 48 hours. The website says they will email when they ship your item.
I recieved no email after 48 hours. So then Feb. 25th I emailed the company asking about my order. No response. It is now March 1st and no email saying my product has shipped or no email responding to my inquiry.
My bank shows the company has withdrew the money. Today I called twice and no one answered.
I emailed again. Now Im pissed. Poor Customer service. Does anyone work there!?
